These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Vista Home Property Management Agency OG (hereinafter referred to as "Vista Home"), located in Vienna, Austria, and operating as a short-term rental agency.

Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded through an individual agreement between the customer and Vista Home. The specific contractual conditions are determined in a personal conversation between the parties.Contact Form

Vista Home undertakes to store the data provided by the customer solely internally as a potential customer. This data will not be used for other purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law or necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies to the contractual relationship. For all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract, the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Vienna is agreed.Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid provision, a valid provision shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

Cancellation terms are agreed upon in the contract. Generally, there is a three-month cancellation period. Customers are required to adhere to the cancellation terms outlined in their contract with Vista Home Property Management Agency OG.

Voluntary Inquiries: Customers are under no obligation until they submit a formal, non-binding inquiry, which does not commit them to any obligations other than those outlined in the subsequent contract, in accordance with the AGBs. Limitation of Liability: Vista Home Property Management Agency OG assumes no liability for any legal issues arising from property management, as it is not within our scope of capability. Amendment of Terms:Vista Home Property Management Agency OG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Vista Home Property Management Agency OG's services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Additional Provisions:Customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with all relevant laws and regulations governing property rental and management in Austria. Vista Home Property Management Agency OG will provide assistance and guidance within the scope of its capabilities, but ultimate responsibility for legal compliance rests with the customer.
